### SetSale, Inc. — Full Stack Product Engineer

Dec 2025 – Present.

- Led the redesign and implementation of HVAC contractor sales tools, spanning configurable proposals, pricing and
  checkout
- Modernized the presentation platform by migrating data, unifying rendering and retiring legacy systems
- Implemented search and filtering across HVAC equipment catalogs using system specifications and attributes
- Developed pricing rules for rebate eligibility and affiliate surcharges, and improved pricing breakdown visibility
- Improved platform reliability and security through failure monitoring, runtime error handling and credential
  protection
- Collaborated with project managers, customer success and equipment maintenance teams to deliver platform improvements
- Built internal tools for quote recovery, reporting and administrative workflows
- Delivered customer-facing sales documents and integration improvements including redesigned PDFs and confirmation
  emails

  menus and command-k interfaces
- Worked within a cross-functional team to deliver a modern web platform for managing botanical collections
- Developed full-stack features using TypeScript, React, GraphQL, and Node.js

- Worked with Typescript across the stack including React & React Native and Node JS

- Integration of IoT technologies into the company's product offering including enocean & zigbee devices
- Designed and developed custom automations based on MQTT triggers via the NODE-RED API

- Designed and built a Progressive Web App for a Digital Project Catalogue to showcase innovation team projects without
  requiring team presence
- Developed a sustainable delivery service PWA for local retailers during lockdown, consisting of courier and retailer
  applications
- Created automation strategies for repetitive database tasks including batch updates and data formatting for
  visualization projects
- Completed Alexa voice application development and testing for customer delivery updates and parcel location services
- Utilized Adobe XD for design and user experience mapping before React development
- Deployed applications using AWS services including Lambda, DynamoDB, and Amplify for backend and hosting
- Planned and produced promotional videos using a variety of tools including a DJI drone and Premiere Pro

### AQL — Junior IoT Engineer

July 2018 – Aug 2020.

- Developed the company's "Sensing Change" project which sought to reduce the use of single use, disposable plastic
  bottles by collecting and displaying real time water consumption metrics
- Built IoT water monitoring devices around LoRaWAN technology allowing for sensor data to be transmitted over long
  distances
- Utilized knowledge of design, 3D printing, electronics and embedded systems to develop modular water monitoring
  devices
- Deployed water monitoring devices at major events including the 2018 Cowes Week sailing regatta where over 3000 litres
  of water was measured
- Adapted the modular sensor platform for environmental monitoring at The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan
- Developed Rich Communication Services (RCS) demo showcasing Google's RBM platform features for marketing purposes
- Produced comprehensive documentation covering RCS development process and future implementation considerations
